Under the watchful eye of the Pastorini family, this special batch of late harvest juniper is drawn from a single source and allowed to ripen for a longer period before being carefully hand-picked. This expression is the second in the Premier Cru series, created to celebrate our mastery of botanicals with a focus ontheir provenance and transparency, with each batch carefully distilled and precisely cut to capture only the most vibrant aromas and flavours.
