Ron Zacapa Xo 25yo
Ron Zacapa XO is a blend of rums distilled from the sweetest first-crush sugar cane and aged for 6 to 25 years. It is matured using the Solera System a traditional, dynamic ageing process that blends rums of different ages, which are then storedin specially selected barrels to give each a unique flavour profile. This rum is aged in barrels that have previously held bourbon, sherry, Pedro Ximnez wine and Cognac. The resulting spirit is a perfectly balanced combination of sweetness, spice and fruit.
